I understand that mindset, but I also know that mentally, I’m not in the right place to do that type of thing right now. I know I should be, because my cruise is also only 9 weeks away!
It’s up to you- if nothing else, look up Dax Moy’s Elimination Diet and do 4 20-minute workouts every day for four weeks (his 30 lbs in 30 days program) if you really want to go fast (Although, I would guess that WSFL is similar-ish? I haven’t gotten it yet, and can’t justify the price).
