What’s the problem?
I am still here, I have been at a standstill for some reason. It is not like I don’t have the motivation, I just keep coming up with excuses. I have been helping my wife get (and stay) motivated. She didn’t like working out in the living room, so I bought a TV for the basement. I also cleared some stuff out and am slowly turning it into a small gym. The good news is that it is making me want to get into it more.
My cousin also bought a weight set and will be getting into it. I used to be the strong one and now he is much stronger than me – that alone is making me want to hit the gym hard.
With those motivators, why haven’t I made it to the gym?

For the same reason I haven’t been hitting the gym- it just isn’t IN us. That means, hit what workouts you can, right? I understand totally about the excuses thing, as I’ve been fighting some of that myself. I do recognize the signs of pushing too hard when I am working out, so I think backing off slightly is going to help a lot. And I just started a fairly large fitness goal for myself- check it out and see if you want to join me. I believe that goal will help me out tons.
