Nothing new



Still only lost 7 lbs (keeping it off), but still only getting quick little workouts in the morning. I have been starting to work on eating less (portion control). I really need to drink more water and do some sort of HIIT – it is a little harder without the gym now…

Slowly



I am slowly getting back into it. Good news is that I have lost 7 pounds so far. I am trying to watch what I eat and have been working out (very little) in the mornings. I haven’t quite picked a routine yet. I don’t think I have gotten a “FULL” workout yet.

On a side note, my wife has started walking now :)
