I need some motivation. I can’t seem to get going. I am now at 190 … 6 lbs away from my highest weight when I started. Disgusting!! I can’t figure out what my problem is. I know part of it has to do with the new job working later hours. But I am the type of person who does not believe in excuses, yet I keep coming up with them. My biggest excuse is that with these later hours, there are so many people in the gym and it is harder to do the funky workouts like Afterburn.
I must want to be motivated as I have joined Karate last week (haven’t gone yet) hoping that it will help. I looked in the mirror yesterday and finally realized how much weight I have gained… not happy!! That should be motivation right there…
