Weight Management
Well, last Friday I was down 5 lbs then I gained 3 lbs over the weekend. So far this week I have lost 2 lbs. So, I am at 183 lbs right now.
We are planning on going to the State Fair on Friday. I will need to not go crazy eating there. We used to go and eat Cheese Curds, Pizza, lots of pop, ice cream, cookies and milk. My plan this time is to eat Corn on the Cob and either Steak, Porkchop on a stick, or a Turkey leg…
On a side note, I haven’t missed a workout!!
